Jaclyn Wilson and Victor Proctor exchanged their marriage vows in a ceremony pledged on Dec. 25, 2010. She is the daughter of Joel McCarty of Kosciusko and the late Patsy McCarty. He is the son of Patricia Proctor of Ethel and the late Arnell Proctor.
