Mid-Mississippi Job Fair at coliseum today

KOSCIUSKO — For the third year, employers will be set up at the Attala County Coliseum on Highway 12 for the Mid-Mississippi Job Fair Thursday (today).

Organizers are very pleased with the number of employers that have registered. The job fair will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The following will be set up at the job fair:

Advanced Distributor Products, American Income Life, Anel, Antonelli College, Attala Steel, Averitt Express, Avon (Janie Brown), BSP Filing Solutions, Citizens National Bank, Department of Veterans Affairs, Eaton, EMI Staffing, Goody's/Stages, Health Help Mississippi, Holmes Community College, Hunter Engineering, Independent Beauty Consultant (from Byram; Angelio Hughes), Ingalls, ITT Technical, Jackies International, Kosciusko Win Job Center, M & F Bank, McDonald's, Minact, Inc., Montfort Jones Memorial Hospital, Mississippi Army National Guard, Mississippi College, Mississippi Department of Rehab Services, Mississippi State Personnel Board, MSU Teacher Education Programs, Popeyes Louisiana Chicken, Primerica (Michael Humphreys), RGT Management, Taylor Made Products, The American Board for Certification of Teacher Excellence, Trinity Industries, Tower Loan, and Tyson.

When Mary Ellen Scarborough steps across the stage of the Kosciusko High School auditorium to receive her diploma on Friday evening, she will be the third child of Rev. and Mrs. Ben C. Scarborough to finish Kosciusko High with a perfect attendance record. Benjy, who finished KHS in 1959, will be graduating from Mississippi College on June 2. Jack, who finished KHS in 1961, graduated from Holmes Junior College on May 19. All three have been active in student, church, and community affairs and have been honor roll and dean’s list students.
