Bulldogs earn track wins

McAdams headed into this week looking for its first baseball win of the season. The Bulldogs were scheduled to play at Noxapater on Monday and host Holmes Central on Thursday.
Last week McAdams lost both ends of a doubleheader by identical 27-0 scores.

The McAdams Lady Bulldogs (22-8) earned another berth into the MHSAA Class 1A State Championship game against Pine Grove (33-3) on Thursday at 1 p.m.

McAdams paid a visit to cross-county rival Ethel last Tuesday night with both the Bulldogs (8-13) and Lady Bulldogs (15-5) grabbing wins. The Bulldogs defeated the Tigers 58-35 while the Lady Bulldogs took care of business themselves with a 66-28 win over the Lady Tigers.

The McAdams and Lady Bulldogs traveled to Pelahatchie last Friday night with the Bulldogs picking up a 60-35 win to improve to 3-12 on the year. The Lady Bulldogs suffered their fifth loss of the season with a 57-54 setback, moving their record to 10-5 overall.
The McAdams Lady Bulldogs defeated Coldwater 68-30 last Tuesday night to move to 6-1 on the year while the Bulldogs moved to 2-3 with a 79-54 win over the Cougars as well.
